The Union Makes Us Strong.

Solidarity forever, for the union makes us strong.

Solidarity Forever, Ralph Chaplin · 1915

The Union Makes Us Strong., Quorum

The second half of the line.

"Solidarity Forever" gives Quorum the chorus's first clause. "The union makes us strong" is the clause that follows, and it states the mechanism: solidarity is not a feeling, it is what produces strength.

Why both halves ship.

Quorum runs the two clauses as companion designs. One names the value, one names the result. Together they carry the whole chorus, and the whole triple meaning of union with it.

How we set it.

Archivo Narrow for the declarative front, "Strong" in the Fraunces italic on the Union-brick ground. The accent closes the sentence on the payoff.
