§ Message № press · Press Lens

Press.

...or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press...

Bill of Rights, Amendment I · 1791

Press., Quorum

One word, one freedom.

Press. The word the First Amendment uses, on its own. It carries the Press lens the way "Vote" carries Voting: a single noun that needs no explanation.

Why the lens exists.

A free press is not a luxury of a republic, it is a condition of one. Quorum gives press its own lens, its own colour, its own set of messages, because a self-governing people cannot govern in the dark.

How we set it.

Declarative Archivo Narrow, uppercase, heavy. One word, full stop. The press-green ground keys the message to its lens the moment it is seen.
